Who is Sameer Uchi
Sameer Uchi is a visionary serial entrepreneur with a track record of turning ideas into successful businesses. His entrepreneurial journey began at a young age while still in college when he launched ‘Fumari’, the first Shisha Café in San Diego, California. Today Fumari is one of the largest global distributors for Premium Shisha tobacco.
Over the years, Mr. Uchi has founded and co-founded a series of startups across various industries, such as MaxMedia, Encyclomedia, autoMAX car care, Arabian Homes magazine, 973 magazine, Arabia Motors magazine, Business in Gulf magazine, Motorox Café, The Paddock restaurant, BahrainAutoTrader website, Media District, Motorox Media and now BiG talk. He is also an appointed board member of Bahrain’s Hope Fund.
One of his most notable achievements is when Arabia Motors magazine was made into a reality TV show and was sold to Netflix in 2018. It earned widespread recognition for its impact on Bahrain and its car culture.
